The services we provide are extensive and the value of these works ranges from £100 - £25,000. The maintenance facility incorporates providing a fast response to not only emergency works but general day to day requests for quotations. Quotations can often be surveyed, prepared and submitted to our clients within a 24hr period, when required. Once works are authorised, more often than not they are completed the following day.

Our team of Engineers are fully competent and experienced in working with high pressure cold water jetting systems and computerised CCTV.We also undertake graffiti removal with specialist chemicals and high level canopy and glazing cleaning.
Our team of decorators are on hand to provide their services whether within normal working hours or outside of normal working hours in order to fulfil client’s requirements.We specialise in decorating communal areas due to tight timescales and site constraints and only use recognised products to ensure a high standard of finish. We carry out all types of internal and external painting & decorating.
