Jim Kelly - Managing Director
Jim oversees the general running of the Company and is the Safety Director. Coming from an Electrical Engineering background he has worked within the building industry since leaving college and has over 30 years experience. Jim is our expert in the more complex projects that arise from time to time and for this reason he is responsible for our customer’s special requirements.

Pete Spratt – Director
Pete joined the Company when it was established in 1990. He also comes from an Electrical Engineering background and has been involved in the building industry for over 35 years. Pete liaises with our existing customers providing support and quotations in line with their requirements. He also organises the work schedule to ensure works are completed within their timescales and to our customer’s satisfaction.

Marcus Kelly – Commercial Manager
Marcus has been with the Company since 1992 and has covered many different roles during this time. This has given him a vast knowledge and understanding of how to manage a wide range of projects. As our Commercial Manager he is responsible for meeting the needs of our existing commercial customers and is our representative for introducing new customers to the Company.

Steve Townsley – Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator
Steve looks after the preparation and submission of estimates and tenders ensuring enquiries are dealt with within the required timescale. He carries out valuations and measurement of works, handles progress payments and agreement of final accounts with our clients. He is always available to discuss customers’ requirements and provide budget prices.

Jodi Manning – Office Manager
Jodi has been with the Company since 1999 and works closely with Jim, Pete and Marcus to achieve the smooth running of our office and administration. Jodi is also the first point of contact in the office and is available to deal with any of your requirements and forward your enquiries efficiently. She also assists in the management of the day to day smaller maintenance works ensuring that our operatives are utilised economically.

Cherylynne Williams – Accounts Manager
Cherylynne began working for the Company in 1996 and is responsible for our Accounts Department ensuring that all Company and statutory records are handled through our fully computerised Accounts and Job Costing package correctly.
