I have been corresponding with Chew Valley for a number of years now (6 years to be exact). I have requested for jobs as urgent, when we have had leaks, and I have requested for jobs that are not so urgent.

But with each request, we have been dealt with a service that is second to none. The service is still the same now since day one. I have requested for a lot of work through Chew Valley, and I have always received? a formal (Next Day Visit) and everything is taken care of by their knowledgeable craftsman.

We as a company do know that we will receive a requested quote later that day, or within two days, and that is a quality response in itself, without having to chase.

As for their engineer/s or contractor/s, they are always in suitable safety clothing and they are also well prepared for the task ahead. They are also always punctual which is very important. We can confidently leave them to carry out the works to completion, whether it is (Stonework, Ironmongery, Fixtures & Fittings etc) just to name a few that we have had without any call - backs or faults. In fact the works carried out have been better than expected once completed. And the area is always left clean, tidy and safe.

A completion inspection is always carried out before the contractor departs. I have recommended Chew Valley to various other managers for other buildings in the past, with confidence, trust and self-reliance that they will fulfil any type of task ahead.

Chew Valley have proved to me that they are not just here for now, but for the future.
